Camp Freddy is a Los Angeles, California USA-based covers band supergroup built around a nucleus of Stone Temple Pilots / Velvet Revolver lead singer Scott Weiland, vocalist+MC Donovan Leitch, son of legendary folk singer Donovan, ex-Jane's Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro, former The Cult bassist Billy Morrison, Jane's Addiction bass player Chris Chaney and drummer Matt Sorum from Guns 'N Roses and Velvet Revolver.

Camp Freddy, whose name was derived from a character in the classic Michael Caine movie, "The Italian Job", recorded a new single, the cover of Cheap Trick's "Surrender", for a new movie called "Employee Of The Month".
