This Pop-Rock Alternative-Rock band from Nashville, Tennessee USA, was founded by lead vocals+guitarist & pianist Jeromy Deibler and Brian Smith on bass+trumpet, the line-up includes Jeromy’s wife, vocalist Jennifer and guitarist Michael Boggs.

In the early '90s FFH (Far From Home) emerged as an independent Acoustic-Pop group playing primarily for small church services and later found success in the so-called alternative CCM movement; in 1997 the quartet scored a recording contract with Essential Records who released the next year the band's official debut album, "I Want To Be Like You", it became a top 10 hit on the Billboard Magazine's Top Contemporary Christian chart and after an extensive promotional tour, the radio hit "One Of These Days", their first album reached the #64 on The Billboard Top 200 chart.
In the spring of 2000, the band issued "Found A Place", the new record rose to #3 on Top Contemporary Christian Albums chart.
The follow-up, "Have I Ever Told You", appeared one year later and shot to #2 on Billboard's CCM list, spawning no less than three singles: "Watching Over Me", "On My Cross" and "Before It Was Said", all the tracks received good airplay on Christian-Rock radio stations.
The foursome returned in April of 2003 with their fourth album, "Ready To Fly", which featured the single "Good To Be Free", once again the new album hit the top 5 of The Top Contemporary Christian chart and reached the #89 spot on Billboard's Top 200 chart.
With career sales of more than 1 million albums, FFH, resurfaced in September of 2004 launching their fifth studio album, "Still The Cross".
