Alternative-Rap duo Atlanta, Georgia USA-based consist of Dre, real name
Andre Benjamin and Big Boi, real name Antwan Patton, the pair began playing
music together in 1992 and released, two years later, their debut full-length
album. All their subsequent three effort reached the #2 on The Billboard
Top 200 Albums chart and "Stankonia" gained a Grammy Award for
Best Rap Album. With their 2003's "Speakerboxxx/The Love Below"
reached the top in U.S. Top 200 Albums chart and entered the Modern Rock
Tracks at #16 with the transatlantic hit single "Hey Ya!", it
topped The Billboard Hot 100 and many others official charts all over
the globe; at the 46th annual Grammy Awards in early 2004, Dre and Big
Boi, won for Album Of The Year, Best Rap Album and Best Urban/Alternative
Performance with "Hey Ya!".
