Born in Waterford township, Erie County, Pennsylvania USA, on February 28, 1969, Patrick Monahan began his musical career in the Grammy Award winning multi-platinum group Train, well known for such Adult Top 40 radio smashes as "Meet Virginia", "Drops Of Jupiter" and "Calling All Angels".

Monahan released his first solo outing in September 2007; he has crafted a soulful Rock and Pop album, "Last Of Seven", a mix of up-tempo Rock, ballads and soulful grooves with gospel-imbued touches. The first single lifted from the album was "Her Eyes".
